Cancellation and Refunds

  1. Tour Packages and Excursions:
    • Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the scheduled service date are eligible for a full refund.
    • Cancellations made 15-29 days before the scheduled service date are eligible for a 50% refund.
    • Cancellations made 14 days or less before the scheduled service date are non-refundable.
  2. Hotel Reservations:
    • Refund policies for hotel bookings depend on the specific terms and conditions of each hotel. Please review the cancellation details provided during the booking process.

Changes and Modifications

  • Requests to change travel dates or modify bookings must be made at least 14 days before the scheduled service date. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • No-show on the scheduled date without prior notification.
  • Services rendered as per the booking details.
  • Cancellations made after the specified deadlines.

Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, political instability, pandemics, etc.), refunds will be processed based on the policies of the service providers involved.
